This policy explains what personal data we collect through cyntexa.ro, why we use it and what rights you have.
Who we are
The data controller is CYNTEXA BCC S.R.L., fiscal code (CUI) 42905358, Trade Register No. J2021005180238, registered at 6B Crăițelor St., ground floor, room 2, apt. 2, Otopeni, Ilfov County, Romania (“Cyntexa”, “we”).
We process data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). For any question about personal data, write to office@cyntexa.ro or call +40 743 176 166.
What data we collect
- Contact form data: first name, last name, company name (optional), email, phone and the text of your message.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and time of access, recorded automatically in server logs for security.
- Analytics data: only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about pages viewed, device and traffic source. See the cookie policy.
- Consent log: when you make a choice in the cookie banner, we record a random identifier, the option chosen, the language and the date on our server so we can demonstrate consent. We do not record your IP address or browser data.
We do not ask for or knowingly collect sensitive data through this site.
Why we use your data
- to reply to your request and discuss possible cooperation;
- to keep the site running and secure;
- to understand how the site is used, only with your consent.
We process data on the basis of your consent (contact form, analytics cookies) and our legitimate interest in protecting the site.
How long we keep data
Form messages arrive in the company mailbox and are kept as long as needed for correspondence, but no longer than 3 years after the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise. The site does not store messages in a database.
Server logs are kept for a limited time. Google Analytics data is kept according to the account settings, usually 14 months.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. Data may be processed by providers that help us run the site:
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) — website and email hosting;
- Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics, only if you accepted analytics cookies.
Google may also process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, with the safeguards of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
- to know what data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- to ask us to correct or delete it;
- to restrict or object to processing;
- to receive your data in a structured format (portability);
- to withdraw consent at any time, including for cookies, via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the site;
- to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), dataprotection.ro.

Data security
The site works only over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Messages are sent through an authenticated mail server, and only the people who handle requests can access them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
